Delhi HC Gives Permission to DDCA, Approval from BCCI Still Due - 19.11.2015

Delhi HC has allowed Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA) to host fourth Test between India and South Africa at Feroz Shah Kotla from December 3. However, final approval has to come from Board of Control of Cricket in India (BCCI), which had set a November 17 deadline for DDCA.
