Gujarat HC Denies to Stop Sexual Harassment Inquiry against EX-Registrar - 18.11.2015

Gujarat HC has denied to stop a departmental inquiry against former registrar of city's metropolitan court S M Jani, with regard to a sexual harassment complaint filed in 2010 by a female employee.
