Application Under Sec. 7 of IBC can’t be Admitted After Settlement Between Parties: NCLAT - 06.12.2018

National Company Law Appellate Tribunal has declared admission of application under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code after settlement between the parties to be illegal.
