Kerala HC Junks PIL on Sabarimala by BJP Leader, Fines Her for ‘Cheap Publicity’ - 04.12.2018

The court junked the PIL stating that the intention of the petitioner was mischievous and fined Sobha Surendran Rs 25,000.
