Kerala HC Directs Re-Assessment of Merits of 3 Special Prosecutors Appointed in POCSO Courts - 03.12.2018

Kerala High Court has directed re-assessment of merits of three Special Public Prosecutors appointed in the Special Courts under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 in Districts of Kollam, Wayanad and Malappuram.
