SC Issues Notice to Baba Ramdev on Plea of Book Publisher’s Against Order of HC - 03.12.2018

Supreme Court has issued a notice to Yoga guru Ramdev on a plea by a publisher challenging Delhi High Court’s verdict restraining sale and publication of a book purportedly on his life.
