NGT Imposes Rs. 5 Crores Penalty on WB Govt for Non Complying with Orders - 30.11.2018

National Green Tribunal has imposed a penalty of Rupees 5 crores on West Bengal Government for failing to comply with the directions to reduce air pollution in Kolkata and Howrah.
