Supreme Court in a Majority Verdict Upholds the Constitutional Validity of Death Penalty - 29.11.2018

Supreme Court has commuted death penalty of a convict accused of killing three people, including two women and in a 2:1 majority the bench upheld the constitutional validity of the death penalty.
