1984 Anti-Sikh Riots: Delhi HC Upholds Conviction & Punishment of Over 80 Rioters - 29.11.2018

Delhi High Court has upheld the jail terms of more than 80 people for their involvement in the 1984 anti-Sikh riots and also lamented the delay witnessed in the case, noting that 34 years have passed since the incident, and 22 years had elapsed since the trial court verdict.
