Bihar Shelter Homes Case: Supreme Court Slams Bihar Government - 28.11.2018

Supreme Court has lashed out at Bihar Government, calling it “shameless” and “inhuman” on account of the state police’s badly done investigations into the spate of rapes and murder of children in orphanages and shelters in state and also decided to handover investigation to CBI for 17 such homes.
