Delhi HC Stays Centre’s Notification Relaxing EC Norms for Construction Projects - 28.11.2018

Delhi High Court has stayed two notifications of the Ministry of Environment and Forest granting exemption from environmental clearance to building projects up to 50,000 sq. metres built up area and 1,50,000 sq. metres in case of industrial sheds, educational institutions and hospitals.
