Construction of Houses for Slum People Under Govt Schemes not Subject to Service Tax: CESTAT - 26.11.2018

Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), Delhi has held that the construction services provided to construct houses for slum people under a scheme of the Government is not subject to service tax.
