Company is Eligible to Claim Deduction of Educational Expenses of Director: ITAT - 22.11.2018

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Mumbai has held that education expenses incurred by a company for its Director are eligible for deduction under the Income Tax Act, 1961.
