Lawyer’s Primary Duty is to Disclose All Material Facts Before Obtaining Order from Court: SC - 22.11.2018

Supreme Court has slammed a lawyer for suppressing the factum of an earlier order and reiterated that it is the primary duty of a lawyer to disclose all material facts before obtaining any order from court.
