Sushmita Sen Not Liable to Pay Tax on Compensation Received in Sexual Harassment Case: ITAT - 20.11.2018

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai has deleted an addition made by department against Sushmita Sen, former Miss India Universe regarding amount received by her from Coca Cola Company in connection with settlement of a sexual harassment case filed against one of the employees of Company.
