Malegaon Case: SC Asks Bombay HC to Hear Purohit's Plea on Sanction to Prosecute - 20.11.2018

Supreme Court has asked Bombay High Court to hear a plea of Lt. Col. Prasad Shrikant Purohit, one of the accused in 2008 Malegaon blast case, that he was being prosecuted for terror charges without any valid sanction.
