Orissa HC Rejects Plea Seeking Judicial Action over Leaving of Cuttack from Smart City Scheme - 17.11.2015

Orissa High Court has rejected plea seeking judicial intervention alleging that millennium city of Cuttack was left out from Central Government-sponsored scheme of ‘Smart City’ in a discriminatory manner.
