Indirect Tax Revenue (Provisional) collections during October 2015

Figures released for indirect tax revenue – Customs, Central Excise and Service Tax - collections in October, 2015 showed an increase of 36.8 per cent, compared with October, 2014. For the period April-October 2015 indirect tax collected was Rs. 3,82,860 crores, up from Rs. 2,81,798 crores for the same period in 2014.
