Bombay HC Finds No Merit in PILs Based on News Report Alleging LED Lights Scam - 13.11.2018

Bombay High Court has dismissed a couple of PILs based on an article that appeared in The Times of India with the headline which claimed that NMC pays Rs 9,900 for LED lamps which cost Rs 3,400 in market.
