CCI Rejects Price Fixing Allegations Against Uber and Ola - 12.11.2018

Competition Commission of India has dismissed allegations of price fixing leveled against Ola and Uber and observed that cab drives agreeing to “algorithmically determined prices” by cab-sharing services doesn’t automatically mean there’s a conspiracy between them.
