Hyderabad High Court : Delay in Inquiry is No Ground for Quashing FIR - 16.11.2015

Hyderabad High Court has made it clear that mere delay in investigation cannot be sole ground for quashing an FIR unless delay is without any justification and it deprives accused of a fair trial.
