SC Junks AAP Govt.’s Plea Seeking Death Sentence for Convicts in Nitish Katara Murder Case - 16.11.2015

Supreme Court has junked a Delhi Government plea seeking death sentence for three convicts in Nitish Katara murder case including Vikas and Vishal Yadav, saying that it did not fall under the "rarest of rare" category warranting the extreme penalty.
