Bombay HC Bars ex-Tata Employee from from Making Disparaging Remarks on Facebook - 16.11.2015

Bombay HC has barred ex-Tata General Manager from making any disparaging remarks about a wide section of Tata employees, in a case filed against Tata group, were he lost first round of a legal skirmish and took social media to allegedly defame his employer after his services were terminated.
