NGT: Okhla ESZ Property Deals Would be Subject to Outcome of Judicial Proceedings - 10.11.2015

National Green Tribunal (NGT) while declining a plea for stay on ongoing construction, has directed NOIDA authority to announce that any property deal in the area around Okhla Bird Sanctuary, would be subject to outcome of judicial proceedings with regard to demarcation of eco-sensitive zone (ESZ).
