It cannot be a Compulsion to Contribute to CM’s Flood Relief Fund: Supreme Court - 30.10.2018

Supreme Court has dismissed SLP of Kerala Govt. against the order of Kerala HC which stayed the condition in a Government Order that mandated that government employees unwilling to contribute their one month’s salary to the Chief Minister’s Distress Relief Fund should give a written declaration.
