Madras High Court Rejects Yacht Club Plea to Retain Leased Land - 29.10.2018

Madras High Court has turned down the club's plea challenging the eviction notice issued by the state in a legal battle initiated by the Royal Madras Yacht Club to retain about eight grounds of prime government land worth several crores on Rajaji Salai.
