NGT Imposes Rs. 1 Crore Cost on Maharashtra PCB for Non Compliance of Directions - 29.10.2018

National Green Tribunal has imposed a cost of Rs. 1 Crore on the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board for its failure to comply with its directions to act against polluting industries.
