Slow Learner can't be Declared as 'Mentally Retarded': Bombay High Court - 26.10.2018

Bombay High Court has given a girl charge of her father's estate and observed that merely because a student is a slow learner and not good in her studies, she cannot be declared as ‘mentally retarded’.
