Format for Business Responsibility Report

The Securities and Exchange Board of India released a ‘Suggested Format for Business Responsibility Report’ pursuant to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Entities listed on stock exchanges, submitting sustainability report to overseas agencies can furnish the same, mapping the instant guidelines to that report.
