Rajasthan High Court Orders State to Conduct Fresh Survey on Other Backward Castes - 11.08.2015

Rajasthan High Court has ordered State Government to conduct a fresh survey of communities who are on state list of Other Backward Castes. Landmark judgment came after petition being filed against job reservation given to Jat community though they are ruling community there in Rajasthan.
