MP HC Directs Inquiry into Passing of Order by Lower Court Judge Despite Transfer of Case - 22.10.2018

Madhya Pradesh High Court has directed an inquiry to be conducted against all those involved, including a lower court judge, in the passing of an order by the judge after the case had already been transferred to another court.
