Bring ‘Order and Discipline’ in Granting Refunds: Bombay High Court Directs Tax Deptartment - 16.10.2018

Bombay High Court has directed income tax department to bring some order and discipline to granting refunds and also clarified that it is the duty of the Revenue to disburse the amount expeditiously, on failure of which, the Courts may impose interest on refund.
