Bombay High Court Sentences Former Journalist to Three Months in Jail for Contempt - 15.10.2018

Bombay High Court has sentenced a former journalist, Ketan Tirodkar, to three months in jail and imposed a fine of Rs 2,000 for criminal contempt of court after Court Suo Motu took cognizance of his facebook post that accused sitting and retired Judges of Court of “selling justice”.
