Bombay High Court Stays MERC's Order to Stop Recording Proceedings - 15.10.2018

Bombay High Court has stayed Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission’s order stating that it is stopping the practice of recording proceedings of hearings taking place before the commission and destroy the record of old audio-video recordings.
