Delhi HC Stays Gymkhana’s Move to Act Against ‘Whistleblowers’ - 15.10.2018

Delhi High Court has put on hold all proceedings started by Delhi Gymkhana Club against nine of its members who claim to be whistleblowers and had filed a complaint with the regulatory authorities seeking investigation into alleged financial irregularities in the club.
