Delhi High Court Shelves Government's GTB Hospital Project - 15.10.2018

Delhi High Court has called GTB Hospital project violation of Article 14 and Árticle 21 of Indian Constitution, under the project, launched on October 1 this year, the Delhi Government was alleged to have been giving preferential treatment to the residents of the state admitted to the hospital.
