Delhi HC Directs Uber to File Fresh Affidavit on Diesel Vehicles - 09.11.2015

Delhi HC has directed Uber India to file a fresh affidavit stating that it will comply with a 14 October order by Supreme Court requiring the taxi hailing service to phase out diesel vehicles operating on its platform by 1 March.
