No Separate GST for Medicines Supplied to In-Patients through Hospital Pharmacy: AAR - 10.10.2018

Authority for Advance Ruling, GST Department, Kerala has ruled that supply of medicines and allied items provided by the hospital through the pharmacy to the in-patients is part of composite supply of health care treatment and hence not separately taxable.
