Karnataka HC Provides Temporary Relief to Grain Merchants - 09.11.2015

Karnataka HC on petition filed by Asha Trading Co., Mangaluru, which questioned legality of seizure while complaining that certain orders on licensing and reduction in stock pulses limit were not gazetted by State Government as mandated by law, has directed Govt. to release 500 quintals of pulses.
