Bombay HC to Civic Body: Take Penal Action Over Potholes in Ulhasnagar - 09.11.2015

Bombay High Court has irked over bad condition of roads in Ulhasnagar town near Thane district and asked city municipal body to impose penal and deterrent conditions in tenders or agreements with civil contractors for filling up potholes.
