Bombay High Court Raps Dormant Bird Committee - 09.11.2015

Bombay High Court has rapped the special committee appointed to monitor welfare of birds and pets to curb illegal bird trade and act on cruelty against animals and directed it to conduct its first meeting on Monday after a gap of two years and eight months.
