Can’t Deprive Non-Delhi Patients Treatment at GTB Hospital: Delhi High Court to State - 05.10.2018

Delhi High Court has pulled up the Delhi Government over its decision to exclude non-Delhi patients from seeking treatment at Guru Teg Bahadur (GTB) Hospital and said it is a violation of an individual’s right to healthcare under the law.
