SC Upholds Constitutional Validity of Goods and Services Tax (Compensation To States) Act, 2017 - 04.10.2018

Supreme Court has upheld the Constitutional validity of Goods And Services Tax (Compensation To States) Act, 2017, as well as the Goods and Services Tax Compensation Cess Rules, 2017, as framed under the Act and said it is within the legislative competence of the Parliament to make such laws.
