CCI Rejects Case against Goa's Chemists and Druggists Association - 06.11.2015

Competition Commission of India (CCI) has rejected complaint filed by Royal Agency, Margao alleging of unfair business practices made against Goa's Chemists and Druggists Association with regard to supply of drugs to a particular entity.
