NGT Raps AP over Clearing of Land on Krishna River Banks - 06.11.2015

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has issued a contempt notice to Andhra Pradesh Government for failing to comply with its earlier directions of not carrying out clearing of land near floodplains on banks of river Krishna for construction of a new state capital without environmental clearances.
