SC Relegates Matter to HC to Decide on Ahmed Patel’s Plea to Dismiss Election Petition at Threshold - 28.09.2018

Supreme Court has set aside a Gujarat High Court order that dismissed Congress leader Ahmed Patel’s application seeking dismissal of an election petition filed against him, has relegated the matter to the High Court.
