Delhi HC Issues Notice to AAP, NOIDA on Plea Alleging Toll Collection on DND Flyover is Illegal - 06.11.2015

Delhi High Court on a PIL seeking direction to discontinue collection of toll from commuters using DND flyover on grounds that it was illegal, has served notice to AAP and New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (NOIDA).
