Delhi High Court Raps Govt. over Delay in Creating NMV Lanes - 06.11.2015

Delhi High Court has irked over delay by Delhi Government and Civic Agencies in creating Non-Motorised Vehicle (NMV) lanes in Delhi despite the directions issued in a judgment issued in 2013.
