SC Dismisses Plea Against Justice Gogoi’s Appointment As Next Chief Justice Of India - 26.09.2018

Supreme Court has dismissed a plea challenging the appointment of Justice Ranjan Gogoi as the next Chief Justice of India, saying the petition was “devoid of merits”.
