SIAM Not Liable to Pay Tax on Financial Sanction from Ministry: Delhi High Court - 26.09.2018

Delhi High Court has held that the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) is not liable to pay income tax on Rs.1,474.10 lakhs sanctioned by the Ministry.
